[XP] Windows Installer Error correction, installed :

The Windows Installer service is a feature that is required when installing files with a .msi extension in Windows XP.
If the above error occurs when installing MDC2 (Capture Software), please follow the following in order.
1. Start > Run > msiexec /unreg enter.
2. Start > Run > msiexec/regserver enter.
3. Install MDC2 after rebooting PC.
If the same error continues,
1. Type Start > Run > services.msc and enter.
2. Right-click the Windows Installer entry in the list of services to select Start.
If the same error continues after that, download the attachment.
Please install it after decompressing and proceed with the same order again.
