Since January, there has been an issue where intraoral cameras are not functioning due to a Windows Update from Microsoft.

This problem, caused by an error in the Windows Update files, has been reported globally,

affecting not only USB cameras but also causing issues such as no audio, games failing to launch, and system freezes.

The ultimate solution requires Microsoft to release a new update, but in the meantime,

the intraoral camera can be used by rolling back the camera-related Windows driver files to a version prior to the update. 

Please download the attached file on each PC where the camera is used,

and carefully follow the instructions in the attached PDF document to resolve the issue.
